This policy explains how GramanDev processes personal data when you use its mobile games, including advertising, messaging and related services.

Data We May Process
Depending on your device, choices and enabled game features, this may include advertising and device identifiers, IP address, device and operating-system information, app interactions, diagnostic information, approximate location derived from IP address, and Firebase Cloud Messaging registration tokens and message-delivery data. These may be personal data under applicable law.
Purposes and Legal Bases
We process data to operate and secure the games; deliver notifications that you enable; measure, prevent fraud and troubleshoot technical issues; and serve advertisements. For EEA/UK users, personalized advertising and access to or storage of advertising information on a device are performed only after the required consent. We may rely on legitimate interests for essential security, fraud prevention and limited service improvement where permitted, after balancing those interests against your rights.
Google Services and Recipients
We use Google AdMob to display ads, Google Firebase Analytics to measure app use and support service improvements, and Firebase Cloud Messaging to send push notifications. Google and its advertising partners may process the data described above under their own privacy terms. We do not sell personal data in exchange for money. We disclose data only to service providers, advertising partners, authorities where legally required, or in connection with a business transfer.
Advertising and Privacy Choices
Where required, we present a consent choice before personalized advertising is enabled. You can refuse or withdraw consent through the in-game privacy settings (when available) and your device advertising/privacy settings. Refusing personalized ads does not prevent you from playing the game; you may still receive non-personalized advertising where available.
International Transfers
Our service providers, including Google, may process data outside your country, including in the United States. When GDPR applies, transfers are made using an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.
Retention and Security
We retain data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, to comply with legal obligations or to resolve disputes. Retention by Google services is governed by the applicable service settings and terms. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Children
